Customers are billed for the energy the system produces through their existing CCA billing structure. Customers enjoy predictable energy rates over the 25 year term of the program resulting in significant savings and financial stability. No other offer can match the simplicity, competitiveness, flexibility, ease of transfer, and zero credit features of this program.
$0 Upfront Cost
The program is available to customers without a credit check, underwriting, property lien, or upfront cost. Customers simply pay for the energy the system produces through their current utility bill.
Social Equity
This is the only program in the solar industry where there is no FICO or debt to income ratio requirement making it available to all customers in good standing with their CCA, as long as their home is suitable for solar.
Energy Savings
Customers lock in a low energy rate for 25 years with a modest 1.9% annual escalator avoiding utility rate hikes for the term of the program resulting in significant long-term energy savings.

Seamless Transfer
When Distributed Microgrid customers sell their home
